Ingredients
2 white onions
6-8 ripe tomatoes
10-12 Serrano chillies
2 cloves garlic
½ cup tomato paste / passata
Fresh coriander
Salt & Pepper
Olive oil
Instructions
Chop chillies , tomatoes, onions and garlic.
Drizzle the chopped ingredients with olive oil, salt & pepper
Mix in tomato paste (passata)
Roast for +/- 20 mins @ 180/356F
Once roasted blend with coriander and olive oil
Use this sauce to make a delicious tasty arrabbiata ravioli
