Strawberries
Short cake biscuit squares
200ml Cream
50gm white chocolate
Instructions
Place butter, cream and chocolate in a bowl
Microwave until melted (40 seconds)
Mix to ensure it is smooth
Arrange strawberries on a plate
Decorate with shortcake biscuit squares
Drizzle the hot chocolate mixture over the plate
Serve fresh
