Banoffee Trifle
Short and Sweet

Ingredients

Mini swiss rolls
Caramel treat (from a tin)
Chocolate mousse (from the store)
Banana
Cream
Toppings:
- Dried banana chips
- Nuts
- Fresh fruit (we used strawberries)

Instructions

Cut up swiss roll and arrange in a dessert bowl
Slice banana and arrange on top of swiss roll
Add some caramel treat
Add chocolate mousse
Layer on some more banana and caramel
Squeeze on some cream around the edges and in the middle
Decorate with banana chips
Add some nuts
Finish off with some sliced fruit
