Ingredients
500 Mls cake flour
250gms butter
A teaspoon of baking powder
A pinch of salt
Grated cheddar cheese
Sweet apricot jam
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 190c
Place flour, baking powder, salt & cheese in a mixing bowl
Mix them all up (use your hands)
Add butter and carry on mixing
Rest the dough for a few minutes
Roll dough & place in a biscuit baking tray
Make a little hole in the centre of each biscuit
Place a dollop of jam into this hole
Place biscuits in oven - bake at 190c for 20 minutes - don't overcook
