Recipe
Ingredients
1 tin of apples
100mls honey
10mls vanilla essence
A pinch of salt
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups self raising flour
A cup of milk
Instructions
Arrange apples at the bottom of the baking tin
Drizzle honey over the apples
Cream the sugar and eggs
Add vanilla essence and a pinch of salt
Keep mixing
Add flour
Mix it all in
Add a bit of milk if the batter is a bit too stiff
Pour batter over apples
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 160c / 320f for approx. 25 minutes
Once ready leave to cool for 5 minutes
Decorate with whipped cream, baby apples, Cinnamon
