Chicken, Apple & Avocado Salad

Ingredients

Cooked brown rice
One firm green apple
One cucumber
One avocado pear
Cooked chicken fillets
Pickled ginger
Raisins
Coriander
Sesame seed oil
Assorted seeds
Soya sauce

Instructions

Place rice in a bowl
Cut apple into small cubes
Add apple to rice
Slice cucumber and place in bowl
Slice avocado pear and add to bowl
Slice chicken fillets and add to the bowl
Chop ginger and add to the salad
Add raisins
Drizzle with sesame oil and soya sauce
Mix it all up
Plate salad
Garnish with coriander and assorted seeds
