Ingredients
1/2 Kilo of chicken breasts
Kebab skewers (pointy sticks)
Chicken tikka marinade
3 tablespoons of plain yoghurt
Jalapeno relish/jelly
Clove of chopped garlic
Chopped coriander
Olive oil
Lemon
Salt & Pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180c
Place a teaspoon of tikka marinade into a mixing bowl
Add yoghurt, jalapeno relish, garlic and coriander
Then a drizzle of oil
Now squeeze in some lemon juice
Season with salt and pepper
Mix it all up
Cut chicken fillets up into bite sized cubes
Add to the bowl
Mix it all up again
Thread chicken cubes onto kebab skewers (about 4 pieces per stick)
Preheat pan and add some oil
Fry kebabs in pan for a few minutes
Place kebabs on oven tray & put in oven for approx. 15-20 mins
Plate the kebabs and cover with the sauce
Garnish with lemon juice. minted yoghurt and coriander
