Ingredients
Chopped mushrooms
Chopped garlic
Olive Oil
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons butter
1 to 2 cups milk
Salt & pepper
Chopped herbs (parsley is good)
Instructions
Fry mushrooms in olive oil, garlic and salt & pepper
Set mushrooms aside for a while
Melt butter in a saucepan
Whisk the flour in gently
Add milk and let it simmer at low heat
Add mushrooms and herbs to béchamel sauce
Use it to make a delicious tasty Chicken macaroni with alfredo sauce
