The Full Works Breakfast
With Avocado

Ingredients

Two rashers bacon
Two eggs
An English muffin
Sliced tomato - 2 slices should be good
Salt & Pepper
Crushed avocado

Instructions

Fry bacon and eggs on a nice hot grill
Cut muffin in half and toast each side on the grill
Fry tomato on the grill
Season eggs with salt & pepper
Spread crushed avo on toasted muffins
Place slice of cooked tomato on top
Place bacon rashers on muffin as well
Top it off with the fried eggs
Garnish with a herb of your choice
Serve hot
