Special Fried Rice
Vegetarian

Ingredients

A cup or two of cooked rice
1 Chopped onion
1 Chopped carrot
Chopped coriander and mint
Some frozen peas
Spring onion
Olive oil
Butter
Garlic paste
Pickled ginger
Soya sauce
Sesame oil
Sweet chili sauce
Toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

Pre-heat pan and add olive oil and butter
Fry the onions, carrots and peas together for a few minutes
Just to soften the veggies
Add in a teaspoon of garlic paste
Cook a bit longer
Add in a couple of spoons of rice
Fry it up for a couple more minutes
Add the mint, coriander & spring onions
Add some soya sauce and sesame oil
Fry it up
When ready dish it up
Drizzle on some sweet chili sauce
Add the pickled ginger & garnish with toasted sesame seeds
