Grilled Broccoli
Blanched mung beans
Sliced avocado pear
Spicy brown rice (fried)
Secret sauce - Hint it contains sweet chili & soya sauce!
Feta cheese
Purple basil
Sesame seeds

Same brown rice that we used in the vegetarin bowl
Sriracha and mayonnaise sauce

Carrot ribbons
Grilled baby corn
Cucumbers cut in sticks
Grapes (or a fruit of your choice
Pickled ginger
Blanched mung beans
Sliced avocado
Sesame seeds

Instructions

Vegetarian

Place rice in the poke bowl as a base
Arrange your vegetables in a way that looks good
Add the following:
- Broccoli
- Baby marrow
- Peppers
- Beans
- Avocado

Sprinkle feta cheese on top
Add your secret sauce
Garnish with purple basil and sesame seeds
Enjoy!

Assemble the bowls with your ingredients
Place rice in the poke bowl as a base
Arrange the following on top of the rice:
- Carrots
- Cucumbers
- Mung beans
- Grapes
- Chicken
- Pickled Ginger
- Avocado
Drizzle with your mayo and srirach sauce
Garnish with some sesame seeds
