Ingredients
A few basil leaves
Diced tomatoes
A few cubes of feta cheese
Some sliced olives (use about 7 olives)
Half a lemon
Fresh crispy broccoli
Greek salad dressing
A pinch or so of salt
Instructions
Add a pinch or so of salt to boiling water
Break broccoli into pieces and add to the boiling water
Boil it for a few minutes (not to long - it must stay firm)
Place some Greek salad dressing into a bowl
Add your olives and tomatoes into this bowl
Add your nicely cooked but still firm broccoli
Shake it all up
Place your shaken salad onto a fancy serving platter
Garnish with basil, feta cheese and lemon
Serve and enjoy!
