Ingredients
Pastry strips (1 per samosa)
Chopped or diced onion
Mozzarella cheese - grated
Fresh chilies chopped - mileage may vary as per your tolerance levels
Instructions
Mix your cheese, onion and chilies in a bowl and make a spicy mix
Fold your pastry strips as shown in the video (watch carefully)
Fill the pastry pocket with your spicy mix
Fold it closed as per the video
Seal with some flour water
Repeat until there are no more pastry strips or the filling is finished
Or if you are simply too tired and cannot go on
Fry your completed triangles in a pot of hot oil until they are golden brown
Enjoy with sweet chili sauce or a condiment of your choice!
