Air-fried Bunless Vegetarian Burger

Ingredients

A good vegetarian patty (or more if you have friends)
Red onion
Cherry tomatoes
Cucumber
Black beans
Fresh lemon
Sugar
Balsamic vinegar
A nice spicy cream cheese
Fresh Basil

Instructions

Cook your patty in the air-fryer at 180c for about 8-10 minutes
While that is cooking ...
Make your onion pickle:
Thinly slice your onions and add to a bowl
Mix in some lemon juice and suger
Stir it up and then leave it be
Now prepare the salad base on your serving plate:
Start with some gem lettuce
Add sliced tomoatoes, cucumber and black beans
Add the onion pickle as well
Drizzle with balsamic vinegar

Put some spicy cream cheese onto the patty
Garnish with basil
Serve hot!
