Focaccia

Ingredients

1 cup plain yoghurt (or yogurt)
1 to 1/5 cups self-raising flour
A pinch of salt
A few pitted olives
A sprig or two of rosemary
Crumbled feta cheese
Olive Oil
Black pepper

Instructions

Fold the flour, salt and yoghurt together
Mix it all in - until it is a nice firm dough
Make sure it's not too wet
Place on a baking tray in the shape of a focaccia loaf
Put olives, rosemary and feta on top
Space them out evenly
Drizzle with olive oil and black pepper
Bake at 180c or 356f for about 25 minutes
Serve warm with butter, olive oil and balsamic
