Ingredients
6-8 Succulent Prawns
A tablespoon or so of Thai green curry
A small cup of creamy coconut milk
Some sweet chili sauce
Soya Sauce
Coriander
Instructions
Place your prawns in a heated pan with some oil
Stir and fry up for a few minutes
Add the Thai green curry sauce
Stir and cook for a minute
Mix in the coconut milk
Add in the sweet chili sauce
Cook it a bit longer - let the flavours fuse
Add in the soya sauce and cook a bit longer
Serve hot garnished ith coriander
